Since the late 1980s, tens of thousands of refugee families from all over the world have resettled in Utah.

The new Granite Refugee Center, located on the first floor of the Educational Programs building at the Granite Education Center, is a major step in providing services for individuals and their families who have fled their home nations for fear of persecution.

The Center will offer educational, cultural and life skills opportunities for refugee families in Utah. It will also serve as a hub for business and community leaders to connect with families through service and mentoring.

For more information, contact the Educational Equity Department at 385-646-4205, or the Granite Education Foundation at 385-646-4483.
